Ordering

The easiest way to order from us is through our website using a credit card (Visa or Mastercard). Once you have completed your order online, you will receive a confirmation email with your order and payment details.

We are also happy to take orders over the phone or via email. Payment for manual orders can be made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard).

Delivery

We offer a flat rate of $9.95 for all orders under $150. Spend over $150 and shipping is on us! Please note this applies to Australian orders only.

Selected artworks, furniture, and rugs are excluded from free shipping. We work hard to secure the best freight rates for these pieces — please contact us for a shipping quote and you may be pleasantly surprised!

We aim to dispatch orders promptly, however please allow additional time for delivery to rural or remote areas.

Please note: sale items incur a $9.95 flat rate freight fee regardless of order value.

Preorder Items

All preorder items are clearly labelled on our website and include their approximate arrival date.

If your order contains a mix of in-stock and preorder items, your entire order will be held and shipped together once the preorder item arrives. If you would prefer your in-stock items sooner, please place them as a separate order — or contact us and an additional $9.95 freight fee will apply for the split shipment.

Out of Stock Items

We endeavour to ensure all products listed on our site are in stock and that pricing is accurate. If an item is showing as out of stock, please reach out — we will do our best to source it for you, and will communicate any lead times clearly before processing payment.

Preorders can be arranged for out-of-stock items. A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of order, with the balance due before delivery.

Returns Policy

At Armchair Collective, we want you to love what you order. If something isn't quite right, here is how we can help:

    Full refund: Contact us and return the item within 7 days of receiving it. Applies to full-price items only — no refunds on sale items.

    Exchange or store credit: Contact us within 7 days and return the item within 24 hours of receiving your Returns Authorisation Number.

    All returned items must be in perfect, unused condition with original packaging intact. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

    Refunds will be issued less the $9.95 original shipping charge. Shipping fees are waived only if the item is faulty.

    Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. We recommend using registered post or a trackable courier, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

    Store credits are valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

    Refunds and store credits are only processed once the original item has been received and inspected by our team.
