Care: Please wash before first use on a cold gentle cycle. Do not tumble dry, best to naturally. Do not dry clean as it weakens the fibres.

Shipping
If we receive your order by 10am AEST, it will be ready for collection by yourself or AusPost by midday the following business day. AusPost delivery estimates are shown during checkout, measured from the collection time.
Refunds & Returns

If your full-price item isn't quite right, we're happy to offer an exchange or store credit.
Prefer a refund?
Just contact us and return the item within 7 days of receiving it. Returned items must be in perfect condition, including the packaging.
Sale items
All sale items are final sale - no refunds or exchanges.
Faulty or damaged?
If your item arrives broken or faulty, email hello@thearmchair.com.au and we'll fix it fast.
Shipping & refunds
Refunds are issued less shipping/freight costs. Please return items via registered post or a trackable courier, as we can't take responsibility for lost parcels. Shipping charges are only waived for faulty items. Credit notes are valid for 6 months. Refunds and credit notes are processed once the item has arrived safely back to us.
