The candle is housed in an olive green tulip-shaped vessel, adding earthy charm and a pop of natural color. We currently ship to anywhere in Australia. We do not ship internationally.
If we receive your order by 10am AEST, it will be ready for collection by yourself or AusPost by midday the following business day. AusPost delivery estimates are shown during checkout, measured from the collection time.

Change of mind
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return a full-price item for a refund, exchange or store credit.
To be accepted, returned items must be unused and in perfect condition, including the original packaging.
How to return
You can return an item two ways:
- In store - bring it to us at 9A Darley St E, Mona Vale NSW 2103, open 7 days (please confirm opening hours on our website). This is the fastest option and costs you nothing.
- By mail - post it to us using registered post or a trackable courier. Return postage is at your cost, and we can't take responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
Before returning anything by mail, please email hello@thearmchair.com.au so we know it's coming.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method, less any shipping or freight costs paid on the original order. Refunds and credit notes are processed once the item has arrived safely back to us, or as soon as it's handed over in store.
Store credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Sale items
Sale items are final sale - we don't offer refunds, exchanges or credit for change of mind on discounted stock. This doesn't affect your rights if a sale item is faulty.
Faulty or damaged items
If something arrives damaged or develops a fault, email hello@thearmchair.com.au with your order number and a photo. We'll cover return shipping and sort out a repair, replacement or refund.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You're always entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they aren't of acceptable quality.
